Rob is an incredible sales man, who was on the ball with every detail. Assertive, helpful, understanding, and worked hard for us the whole way. The trailer was exactly what we were looking for and he even created the perfect ball and hitch for us, and added some really great items (rail, track system for straps) into the trailer that I would definitely recommend for anyone buying a trailer for work. We were told about all the best security for the trailer, and taken care of I'm every way. Excellent company and would definitely recommend to everyone buying a trailer. Went in to look at a 7×18 enclosed trailer Duncan was very friendly and easy to talk to aswel as the entire staff almost like your family when you walk in he didnt try to push me into anything he was flat out honest i explained what i was using the trailer for he brought up key points i honestly didnt think of witch will save me in the long run.
