I bought my trailer from the High River location, however I had to pick up in Kamloops. My experience picking up the trailer was absolutely flawless and I am extremely happy with everything. When I was coming out however, I battled road closures coming thru the mountains and was unable to make it during normal business hours. That did not stop the team here from making sure I had a good experience to the best of their ability. Without even hesitating Steve told me I could come in Saturday morning like it was no big deal and just another work day. What I later realized was the shop was closed then and this was his day off. He opened the shop just for me to pick up the trailer coming from Alberta. They truly have an amazing team there and I strongly recommend giving them a shout.
